Service Description

Backstage Moms will arrive at the venue one hour before children are set to arrive. Backstage moms are responsible primarily for the safety and care of the fashion show participants. They assist with outfit changes and hair and keep them prepared for their runway walks. Backstage moms maintain a calm backstage environment, provide encouragement, and manage last-minute wardrobe fixes. Backstage moms help ensure seamless transitions while making sure accessories and props are in place. After the show, she assists with an orderly dismissal, ensuring each child is accounted for and safely reunited with their parents. A Backstage Mom’s dedication and support plays a crucial role in the success of the Fashion Show. Note: If a backstage mom has a child in the show, they will go out with the group and be able to see their child perform. They will not require a ticket to the show. However, they must still purchase the required tickets per child.
