Ballroom Decor/Centerpieces Team

Service Description

The Centerpiece Team is responsible for picking up flowers at the distributor and vases at Ikea, assembling 35-40 centerpieces, and ensuring they are stored in an air-conditioned space to maintain freshness. On the day of the event, the team will transport the centerpieces to the ballroom using a large SUV and carefully place them on the tables according to the event setup. Volunteers must coordinate timing for pickups, assembly, storage, and delivery to ensure the arrangements are ready and in place before the event begins.
